1. Purpose

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the www.aisharemedias.com website (the "Site"), published by AI SHARE Conseils & Services (see the legal notice for the publisher's full details). By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Access to the site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. All costs required to access it (hardware, internet connection, etc.) are the user's responsibility. AI SHARE makes every effort to keep the Site continuously available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend, restrict or interrupt access — in particular for maintenance — without incurring any liability.

3. Services offered

The Site presents AI SHARE's consulting activities and digital solutions, as well as products developed by the agency. The information published is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer or a commitment of result. Any request for a quote, a meeting or a collaboration submitted through the contact form is subject to a prior exchange before any mutual commitment.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (text, logo, visual identity, illustrations, structure, source code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of AI SHARE unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without AI SHARE's prior written consent.

5. Contact form and account

Using the contact form and subscribing to the newsletter requires providing accurate information. Users agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing on third-party rights. AI SHARE reserves the right not to act on any request that is manifestly abusive, fraudulent, or outside the scope of its activities.

6. Liability

AI SHARE strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or outdated information, whether caused by AI SHARE or by third-party partners. AI SHARE shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to access it.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, failing an amicable resolution, fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
